Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. Returns or Refunds can only be made within 30 days (extend to 90 days during Black Friday Sale) from the date you get your items.

For Defective Products

On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@firmabs.com. In your message body, please provide us with your:

  • Order number
  • Brief description of the problem
  • Photos of the issue 

Options for you:

  1. We resend you the new products and you can return the items to us.
  2. We fully refund you and you can return the items to us.
  3. You can keep the items and we will partially refund you.

COST OF RETURN: We will cover the shipping fee if you choose to return the defective items. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Please kindly note:

  • Products must be unwashed. (Unless it's a fading problem)
  • We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
  • For Credit Card, it can take 3-15 days for the refunds to be reflected in your account. (Depends on the bank)
  • For Paypal, it can take about 1 day for the refunds to be reflected in your account.
  • There is no service charge, you will get full refund.
  • Any damaged items that have signs of artificial damage will be declined.

For Non-Defective Products

Size Problem

We recommend checking the size chart to find your size before placing an order. If you find items that don’t fit you when you get your items, please feel free to contact us.

Others

You may don’t want the items anymore for some reason when you get your items. We understand and accept the returns. Please kindly check the policies:

  • Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
  • We will refund you when we get the returned items.
  • For Credit Card, it can take 3-15 days for the refunds to be reflected in your account. (Depends on the bank)
  • For Paypal, it can take about 1 day for the refunds to be reflected in your account.
  • We don't refund original shipping charges.
  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
  • There is no service charge but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.

COST OF RETURN: For non-defective products, you are responsible for the cost of return.

General Return Process

Initiate a return: Please email us at support@firmabs.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 24 working hours.

Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-15 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

NOTE:

Do not return items to the address on the original package or the company address. Please contact support@firmabs.com to get the shipping address.
