Track your order

Shipping time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment.
If your package hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, please email us — we’ll check the latest status and help resolve it.

Duties & taxes

Duties and import taxes are included in your order total — you should not be asked to pay extra fees on delivery.
If a carrier requests a customs payment, contact us before paying.

Returns & exchanges

Returns: accepted within 30 days of delivery (eligible items only)
First size exchange: FREE (one-time per order, subject to stock availability)
