Return Window
Our policy lasts 30 days. Returns, exchanges, or refunds must be requested within 30 days from the date you receive your items.
Eligibility (All Returns/Exchanges)
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
-
With original tags and packaging (if applicable)
-
Free from odors, stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage caused after delivery
Non-returnable items:

Underwear (for hygiene reasons)

Items marked Final Sale / Clearance (unless defective)
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email support@e.firmabs.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos/videos showing the problem
Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:

Replacement (we resend the item)

Full refund after confirmation
-
Partial refund if you prefer to keep the item
Return shipping for defective items: We cover the return shipping fee if a return is required.
Items with signs of artificial or intentional damage are not eligible.
Non-Defective Items
A) Size Issues — First Size Exchange FREE
We recommend checking the size chart before placing an order. If the item doesn’t fit:

Your first size exchange is FREE (one-time per order)

Exchanges are subject to availability
To request a size exchange, email support@e.firmabs.com with your order number and the size you want. Sharing your height/weight can help us recommend the best size faster.
B) Other Reasons (Change of Mind)
If you no longer want the item after receiving it, we accept returns as long as the item meets the eligibility conditions above.
Return Shipping Cost

Defective items: return shipping is covered by us (if return is required)

Non-defective items: return shipping is covered by the customer

Original shipping charges are not refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
Important: Orders placed separately cannot be combined into one return shipment.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Inspection typically takes 3–15 business days after the return is delivered to us

Refund posting time depends on your payment provider/bank:

Credit cards may take 3–15 business days to post

PayPal may take 1–3 business days to post

Klarna/Afterpay refunds are processed through the provider and may follow their timelines

There is no service charge for issuing a refund.
General Return / Exchange Process
Step 1 — Request authorization
Email support@e.firmabs.com with:

Your order number

What you’d like to do (exchange or refund)

If the item is defective, include photos/videos
We will confirm eligibility within 24 business hours.
Step 2 — Ship the item back
If approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges lost in transit.
Step 3 — Inspection & resolution
After receiving your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3–15 business days, then:

Ship the exchange item, or

Issue your refund (if approved)
Important Note
Do not return items to the address on the original package.
