For Defective Products

On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@firmabs.com. In your message body, please provide us with your:

  • Order number
  • Brief description of the problem
  • Photos of the Issue 
Options for you:
  1. We resend you the new products and you can return the items to us.
  2. We fully refund you and you can return the items to us.
  3. You can keep the items and we will partially refund you.

We will cover the shipping fee if you choose to return items. Please feel free to contact us at support@firmabs.com if you have any questions.

 Please kindly note:

  • Returns/Refunds can only be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of your item.
  • Products must be unwashed.
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • Any damaged items that have signs of artificial damage will be declined.

For Non-Defective Products

Size Problem

We recommend checking the size chart to find your size before placing an order. If you find items that don’t fit you when you get your items, please feel free to contact us at support@firmabs.com.

You can exchange or return and get a refund for the items. We will cover the shipping fee.

Others

You may don’t want the items any more for some reason when you get your items. We understand and accept the returns. Please kindly check the policies:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • The refund will be returned to your account within 3 - 15 business days.
  • We don't refund original shipping charges.
  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.
