Q: Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel you order before the product is shipped, and you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

- You will be returned to the shopping home page and your order and payment will be successful.
Q: How can I return it?
To return an item, please log in to the return section of the website and fill out the return information, enter your order number and email address in the text box above, and then click start.
Follow the instructions and select the item you want to return. Once the return request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines.
Q: What items can be returned?
- If you are not satisfied with an item you received, you may return your unused and undamaged items within 30 days after receiving the goods.
- If an item received has quality problems, they can be returned within 30 days

We try our best to guarantee 100% product quality. If you receive quality problems, you may return the item for a full refund. We will bear the cost of freight as long as the reason for returning the item is due to quality issues or a mistake on our part.

Q: Do I need to pay for returning an item?
If the reason for the return is not due to quality issues or our mistake, you are responsible for the cost of the freight.
Q: How long can I get a refund?
After we receive and check your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and the original payment method will be automatically applied to credit.
Q: What are the precautions for international returns?
- We do not bear the cost of mailing international returns. Please return your item through the post office instead of the courier service, as your package may be stuck in the customs, so you will be responsible for any costs incurred.
