I had ordered a hooded zip up jacket in size medium, my usual size. It was too small and got it replaced fir the next size up, which was an XL in Chinese measurement. That again was too small, so I'll get to try the last size which is an XXL. All these exchanges were free of charge and I could also keep the two smaller jackets. The quality and cut of the jacket is superior, and I love the fit.
I can say only the best on how this whole exchange was handled and the customer service was very prompt and courteous.
I finally ordered a jacket after ordering just tops and bottoms. The white jacket I ordered is nicely made and looks great on. The only downside is it runs a little tight so keep in mind especially with a bust.
